Add Programs (Skype, Line, etc) and Calc Coupons... Suggestions Interface

First, my English is very bad. (with images I illustrate the idea)

The idea is be able to add aplication what would you like, and see it on steam platform inside the game, an example skype (like in the picture).

1. - Add the option to turn everyday programs within games, for example Skype and Line.

Next to the price of the game come out an icon that allow us calculate quickly which would be the price with a coupon of discount

2. - Coupon discount calculator, the idea is to promote the exchange of coupons added to the collection of cards.

En español:

En la idea Nº1, el objetivo es poder abrir apliaciones de uso común, ejemplo Skype o Line dentro de los juegos por medio de la plataforma de steam.

En la idea Nº2, se propone para fomentar el intercambio de cupones de descuento que salen con la recoleccion de cartas de los juegos (cromos), tener una calculadora a mano para ver los precios con descuento, usar el foro para intercambios, etc.

I think its a great idea and really seen it been ask for a few times...
as much as i remember some one say abut skype that they taken off the SDK so i don't think we see something like these with them any time soon... for some chats you can use Evolve from evolvehq.com that will give you to chat in game with google talk,AIM and more alos you can chat with steam friends... the program works along side steam (for any mod these is a free software that can work with steam it dose not sell any games or any thing but if you want just message me or even comment and i'll take it off please don't ban me for just suggesting some good software i use that is free)

So, to clarify:

1: You want to have the ability to add links to programs to the Steam overlay.

2: You want a calculator to tell you how much you would save, if you used X% off coupon.

I could understand 1, as long as the app is not integrated into Steam. That would require Steam to pay said company for the rights to do so and it would create a large gap between similar program developers.

As for 2....I don't see that one being added. It is easy enough to estimate how much you would save and the amount from the coupon still wouldn't be as much as from a sale.

How about when looking at the coupon in the inventory, it list the discounted price along with the % off. Sound like it would work better for you?

My problem was that every time I write for skype, I had to press Alt+Tab, with the suggestion of "Black Blade" was solved my problem. (Overwolf software)

about discounts, if it showed price in the inventory, if it would be a good idea too (even better than the calculator)

#1 looks like a humongously huge amount of work. So I really wouldn't count on that happening anytime soon. And you can always use Steam for what you do with Skype. Namely writing and talking to someone mid-game.
