Do you mean like a developer account to manage specific game hubs for your games?

you can.. you make a new account for it... name it what ever and use it to manage your things..
That is what Green-light suggest to do..
And to add the "workers" as collaborators of the game so they can manage it
Or do you mean something else?

I have a Small moble LAN party taht attends 6 - 8 Anime Conventions a year and am looking for a way to have 10 - 14 computers running the Steam software but where I don't have to let the kids use my steam account to play the games online. I have like 30+ games myelf but would liek to add likt the top10 or 12 to a cyber accoutn that can have 4 or 5 or even 10 players loged into an active steam accouint to play the games without them using my personal account. I talked to some one about this at Steam a few years back but never got around to following up on it yet.

Are you talking about a "borrowing" functionality? Cuz that is going to be implemented in the future! otherwise the cyber café program gives you access to a bunch of games at a monthly (?) cost.

Not sure what Borrowing Functionality is?

Steam Family Sharing. It allows you to share your library with up to 10 other computers. However, you can only use the library one computer at a time, so it would be useless for your purposes.
