Report a translation problem
If someone wants to trade, they will post about it. Until then, assume the answer is no.
There are other ways of showing that you want to trade something aside from just the trading subforum, such as other websites and the "Items up for trade" showcase. As much as I love the trading subforum, not that many people use it for certain games, and it can be really hard to find specific items that you want (not trying to be hostile to you, just trying to prove a point).
EDIT: If this is a bad idea, maybe allowing a trade offer feature for the "Items up for trade" showcase would be a better idea.

See the last option, place that on your profile and anyone signed in can click it and immediatly send trades to you. You can even place it on other websites and people who use steam on the sites and are currently signed in can send trades to you.
