It's always going to be a work in progress and you might find if it was your job that it's a struggle to find the optimal balance (or to write the regex that covers all the cases you want to censor and nothing else).
It's not like this hasn't happened before, once or twice or 4x.
People used that to bypass the filter too. They added that to motha.
Also if you play Age of Empires or a similar game, you better stick to foot + ranged + siege builds now, because building that unit that requires stables might get you in trouble.
They also censor 'niggle' which is a pretty normal English word with zero issues in it, but I assume they don't like those first three or four letters because of the very obvious problematic word that starts with it.
I can slightly understand why my japanese name is censored, due to the west misusing it but otherwise, I feel like the censor could have been done better about it.
It's an arms race. And mind the word filter not only serves to filter insults, but plays a role in curbing scams and phishing.
Always shifting, always changing.
The fact that the word in question is "rational and merited, representing a real life-impacting danger if not properly feared" says a lot of things about society.
Needless to say there is quite a lot of power to be had in banned words so people quite love making sure the chase never ends
