PETITION: Adding Soldier Of Fortune 2 to Steam!
Hello everyone, I want to carry on despite we have not yet reached the 1000 signatures, we have already tried to ask it to you but with no luck.

Hopefully at least now you will listen to such a request:

http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/sof2-to-steam?utm_medium=widget&utm_source=widget&utm_campaign=button

we started collecting signatures aware that the game is still very popular and it will surely be much more once inserted into your list. Here you could visit the community:

http://www.sof2.org/index.php

hoping for your consideration we look forward to your response.
Thank you,
SOF2 Community.

If you've already asked Activision, then that's all you can do. Valve doesn't go out bugging publishers about putting their games on Steam.

If it's owned by activision.. then it's not coming here because you know BlizzardActivision . You'll more likely see it on Battle.net

Don't embaress yourself.
Battle.net is exclusively for Blizzard games. Activision has released all their current PC games on Steam. It ain't many, because they primarily release on consoles, but games like Transformers: Devastations, Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark, Legend of Korra, King's Quest or TMNT: Out of the Shadows can all be found at Steam. Even the biggest hitter for exclusivity is sold here: Call of Duty.

Why would that game be locked to battle net while other non-blizzard Activision titles like COD are put on Steam?

Oh... hmm my bad then I had actualy lost track of thr franchises they had under their belt. So wait do they actually own the rights to the soldier of fortune franchise... I remember it was developed by raven software wasn't it? That said I haven't seen soldier of fortune anywhere.

Maybe the same reason only two out of three of the Mass effect games are on steam?
There's likely a reason for them not doing it because doing it is pretty much a no lose situation.
