Battle.net is exclusively for Blizzard games. Activision has released all their current PC games on Steam. It ain't many, because they primarily release on consoles, but games like Transformers: Devastations, Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark, Legend of Korra, King's Quest or TMNT: Out of the Shadows can all be found at Steam. Even the biggest hitter for exclusivity is sold here: Call of Duty.
Oh... hmm my bad then I had actualy lost track of thr franchises they had under their belt. So wait do they actually own the rights to the soldier of fortune franchise... I remember it was developed by raven software wasn't it? That said I haven't seen soldier of fortune anywhere.
There's likely a reason for them not doing it because doing it is pretty much a no lose situation.
