of course that list was outdated by 1989 and New Zealand adopted the much more recognisable region names

so yeah if steam could update to that and not some list of provinces from 1966 that would be swell
Steam should definitely use the Wikipedia list.
All towns and cities are listed within the geonames.org location data, but not in steam profile options.

they will probably change the entire thing ... one day. the challenge is, not to wipe the location for everyone while doing that because that would end up in a spam on whine threads.
