Gift Message Presets.
So a friend of mine gave me a gift the other day and a bit after, he told me something I noticed for a while now: "In 5 years of Steam, I still don't know what to post in the message thing."
It got me thinking. The message is too static and most people really have no idea on where to start. My suggestion for this would be Presets, where you could just pick from an array of them to help you out or just in case you're really bad with words. Things like "Funny Presets, Polite Presets, Serious Presets, etc..." would really help some people out. Not sure if this has been suggested or anything, but I think it would be a good addition.

TL;DR: Presets on gift messages for people who're really bad with words.

If someone is really bad with words, but want to complain about the current presets, then they're not that bad with words.

If you really bad with words why not just send it without any?
Its not that it matters that much as much as i am aware :D:
