Lost Kingdoms 1 And 2 For Steam
I really want to play this game on steam, it is such a great game i grew up playing on the gamecube.

You need to go and ask the devs/publishers/IP holder of the games to bring them to Steam. Valve doesn't go around asking game companies to bring their games to Steam.

'Spawn of Totoro' pinned their own post about game suggestions, so it's normal for you to make them. I assume if they get enough requests, they make some effort to contact the Dev's for a more direct approach, as it was a mod that pinned it.
