Suppose you have the level 3 badge on Portal 2. But you also like the level 1 badge. It's a shame, but for having the level 3 badge, you can't see the level 1 badge anymore.

My suggestion is: even if the preview shows the maximum level of our badge, by clicking on it, a panel will be displayed showing the previous levels as well.

seen better attempts. have a few more badges first and try to make this a non-sisyphus and non-severe ocd task. if you manage to do that, i will applaud.
