The previous sales had generic and bland things. The current thing (end of year 2019 sale) in the winter sale is physically repulsive. This is a step backwards. Stick with non-humans cartoon things instead of stuff, allegedly, trying to be a person.

Ahhh another "I hate the art so no one else can like it either" thread.

Here is a suggestion... if you don't like the art, don't look at it. Ignore it. It would be nice if they let people trade or delete them, specially the ones that were forced by taking part in the event just to keep the whining down, but till then... just don't use it.

Personally I like the style, specifically the dogs, I just wish I could get all the ones I wanted, so just going with the emoticons.

The art isn't particularly spectacular but it gets the job done; it's cartoonishly whimsical and kinda cute. The Lunar New Year sale had a similar art style with a bunch of whimsically-drawn pigs doing things.

I don't see a reason to take offense to this.
