Those games were removed because the developers were violating and abusing steamworks tools. It had nothing to do with game content. There is nothing wrong with a developor making edgy or controversial games. Freedom of speech does apply, and you can always ignore the games

They get banned for breaking Steam rules, like for example putting malware, bitcoin miners, stealing data and stuff like that. Every game have a report button (flag icon) on the store page
