That's not how verifying a credit card works.
The verification process is to ensure you have access to the payment method and can see the amounts charged to it. That's why it works the way It does.

Will never happen. The system does not support Card verification. It is a completely different system that does it.

The mobile app is not part of a banking system that can verify if a card is valid or not.

the verification is to legitimize the payment method. some clickytouchy on your phone will not do that because it has nothing to do with the payment method.
