Tablet Mode for Steam Client

Is there a tablet mode to use with the Steam store? I frequently shop on my Windows tablet (Surface), and using the scroll function is a pain because my finger has to be in just the right location on the scroll bar. It would be nice to be able to scoll by just dragging any part of the relevant window, like in many other apps. If I have missed how to set this up, please advise me. If this is not a feature, can it be added soon? Thank you for your attention.

For the client itself, no. For the mobile app, yes there is.

The mobile app is only available for iOS, Android and Window mobile devices, not Surface devices.

Do you want the desktop browser view? Swipe from the left to the right to open the menu and choose View Desktop Website. (Does not work in the app itself)
