make emotes larger

Especially if you're going to distribute more emotes in steam events like you just did. You cannot tell what any of the emotes are because they're about five pixels tall.

And what about the 10's of thousands of emotes that currently exist? They're made pixel by pixel, they would all have to be remade.

Also the size > < is as it is because of text size, if the emotes were larger it'd made paragraphs look ugly.

what the hell would they need to be remade for? they very clearly aren't made that tiny. Look in your steam inventory and you can see full-sized emotes. I don't really think steam forum emote size would matter quite as much as messages would though.

Sure, you can reduce the size if there is text included with the emote, but without any text it should be normal sized. What I mean by that is, you can send emotes alone and have them show full-scale. You can send pictures through steam, so why not normal emotes?

That is only true for some of them
Some have the bigger not look as much as like there smaller self for example:

If you can see the hover of this once, they don't look the same as there smaller self
