Suggestion: Ability to use arrow keys to navigate screenshots.
The current screenshot navigation system is a complete pain.

On profiles, it forces you to open each image individually, close it, then open the next one just to view them. https://i.gyazo.com/e5d58dc1423de376b744b9bc1eeaa862.mp4

On Activity, you're made use a slider bar that makes navigation slow and way too manual. It doesn't shift the slider bar if you choose the very last image either. https://i.gyazo.com/7af875858f08b015851cc62dba691047.mp4

I suggest that you introduce the use of the arrow keys, so that users can cycle through screenshots without having to individually open and close screenshots and images. Make it easier and more convenient for people to view screenshots.

Yeah.
I wouldn't mind it being added.

If I may pop in, you can use the Arrow Keys on PC to navigate 'forward/back' through the Screenshots of a Profile, by utilizing the Big Picture Mode (controller icon in upper right corner). HTH

But not in the regular client or "small mode."
Most Steam users don't use big picture mode, myself included.

I use it for testing/beta purposes only.

Thank you for the information! I've never used Big Picture Mode before, so that's interesting to know - but it makes me wonder why they never added it to the standard version. They obviously thought about it. Curious.

Not sure - I don't really use Big Picture mode myself (on PC), I really 'only' use it for quickly browsing Screenshots, heh (hence why I knew that one thing). Glad it helped!

+1, didn't know about big picture mode, but standard app definitely lacks this feature. moreover, i can't manage to hide the big bottom bar in big picture, and that is not fullscreen as it is stated.

+1 from me, came here to post about this. I like taking screenshots as mementos and also enjoy composing shots the way I would compose photos in real life. Several threads have been posted about the same issue over the years, even from much earlier than the OP of this one, yet still no apparent action or acknowledgement from Valve.

Unfortunately in Big Picture Mode I can only use the arrow keys to navigate between my 29 most recent screenshots (of 317 in total). However I'm currently on a 5 Mb broadband connection (and on macOS if relevant) so will double check a bit later on a fibre connection for Windows 10 and Mac.

To confirm my earlier post, I can only navigate my most recent 29 screenshots in Big Picture Mode using the arrow keys, on both Windows 10 and macOS.
