Seeing the progression of a download on your phone
Games get bigger and the downloads longer, so often you just let steam download the game while you do something different (not at the pc).
Nice would be to see the download on your phone and get a notification if it's aborted (connection loss or something else) or finished.
I found this post for remote download, but it's not implemented within the app.
(I wasn't sure if this falls under the Suggestion or the Steam Mobile thread, because it's a suggestion for mobile)

now that's part of my suggestion: get notifications when something happens to the download. I started a download for FFXV at 3pm and went out of house till 5pm and noticed that it failed at around 4pm. If I were to get a notification, I would simply call my roommate to tell him that he should check whats up.
