Make Triclops and Flamingo Kid Giftable!

As many here may have heard Super Monday Night Combat is no longer available because "In May 2018, the game became no longer playable due to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) mandate" So Since it is Unattainable since the game is gone forever, I have a friend who wants to gift it to me but can't, PLEASE Valve or Steam or whoever is in charge there, can we PLEASE Make them at Least Giftable since alot of these items are no longer attainable through the games of which we could get them? At least make those items Giftable or Tradable or something please! It's not fair if we can't even get them from the game since the game no longer exists

I made a mistake. Since they are no longer allowed to do anything with their game due to the GDPR, they can't even change anything anymore.

these are cross-promotional tf2 items. the ownership is at Valve and they will say no

Not really. Just means you won't have a specific virtual item, I'm sure there will be others you can get.
