[Suggestion] Option to disable auto-away.
Well what can i say it's annoying. 5 minutes and it goes on away. I mean why not provide us this option, right?

5 minutes not touching keyboard or pc interaction is not "away" ?

I take it you're against the suggestion.

Great suggestion.

I suggest setting your status to Looking to Play until they implement this option.

I take it you're against my suggestion. :DEALWITHIT:

I've got an open mind. I suppose that's as good as we've got until that time comes.

These may be silly but why to disable it?

So I can watch Netflix or something and my friends don't think I'm not here and not message me... If I was leaving, I'd set it to away myself
Ether way I don't care if it stays the way it is or changes a bit, but it's fine to put "away" after after minutes of inactivity.

Fine for YOU perhaps, not others

I don't usually even chat with friends! (Always invisible) But they could increase the time of auto away to 10 minutes, perhaps.

Who doesnt send a messagew to someone simply because their status is away? People send message to offline people all the time.

This seems essentially an irrelevant ask. Your status does not in any way stop anyone from sending you a message.

No, but it stops it from beeping and me knowing about it. As I said, if it works for some people that's fine, just give me the option to turn the damn thing off

Wouldn't you see the flashing orange icon on your task, to let you know that someone sent you a message?

I mean if you're not going away for period of time, why would you want to hear a beep, if you're busy doing something that taking up your time?

I have my taskbar set to die when not in use, and if I have Netflix maximized, so no, I need an auditory signal
