counter-strike source spray uploads

Hey, I can't upload a custom spray to my counter-strike source. It doesn't allow me to keep "scrolling back" through my computer files within source. And when I knock out back to my normal computer, find an image that fits (i.e. .jpg or something) there is no option to "choose" it to upload. So: How do I upload custom sprays into Counter-Strike Source?
Direction in this would be most appreciated. Thanks!

In windows 7 you put the image in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\materials\vgui\logos

then you load the game and go into your multiplayer options and you can find and select it I think.
