worked perfectly for me <3
Never rule anything out, until you eliminate it from the possibilities by process of elimination.
For example only, if using a router, bypass it and run ethernet to the modem and test again. We have seen some strange things in this forum that were the cause of the connection issue for some users.
For another example, a user was sure it was not his router because he was on just the day before without any problems. We went on to many pages of troubleshooting in his thread and finally talked him into bypassing the router. Boom. Instant connection.
Turns out, his roommate had jacked up the firewall on the router, and never told him about it.
So you never know what can be the cause of the issue really.
Not sure about ORBI, but a description of your network and network hardware maybe would be better.
Also, are you sure you have all Network adapter drivers fully up to date ?
What's the computer's model and model number/motherboard (if custom) ?
Some info on the computer also would maybe help, too. Including OS and is 32 or 64 bit.
ANY LUCK?!!
go to notifications,
bottom right corner 'all settings'
then 'network&internet'
go to 'proxy'
