Did you maybe recently change or reset your password?
That adds 2-3 extra day to support requests for a while for security reasons.

Again, are the refund requests still open, or are they closed?
SYNISION May 15, 2023 @ 11:50pm
open
Cathulhu May 15, 2023 @ 11:52pm
In the mail you got when you opened the request, is there any mention of a delay?

not a single responce from them its only been happening from like march
Cathulhu May 16, 2023 @ 12:14am
That does not answer my question. You got a mail when you requested a refund. Check that mail for any note of a delay.
SYNISION May 16, 2023 @ 12:26am
whenever i say there is no contact with them i mean there is no contact theres literally nothing there as far as i can tell they just deleted the ticket without saying anything because i cant find it
Cathulhu May 16, 2023 @ 12:35am
Every time you request a refund, a "we've received your request" mail is sent by Valve.

So, you must have gotten one of those if you have an open request.

Check that mail.

Anyway, Steam does not delete tickets without a reply. If your ticket is still open, it is not deleted.
Make up your mind, or at least get your story straight. Right now it's all over the place and we can not help you if you give us conflicting information.

So you tried to refund the games in March?

any credential change means 3 days delay to refund requests.
if that was done before the request, the refund request received reply will also mention a delay and that delay is full 3 days as of today and since several years, 72 hours until the ticket then goes into queue.

credential change means everything that can get used to get access to the account. password, email, phone#, guard level and so on.

refund ticket still open?
refund ticket less than 72 hours(3 days) old?

if the answer to both is yes, you simply wait.

if the ticket is closed without without any form of accept or decline, then you closed the request yourself or your account is compromised.
