Unable to Use Prismatic Focus

Dear Steam Support Team,

I’m reaching out for assistance with an issue in Destiny 2. I am unable to use my Prismatic Focus. The Destiny app shows that I have it unlocked, but I cannot equip it in the game.

A member of the official Bungie Help Community informed me that I own Destiny 2: The Final Shape on my PlayStation Network account and have completed all related missions. They mentioned that I might need to purchase it again on Steam, but Steam shows that I already own the expansion.

In the Steam version of Destiny 2, I can see the Prismatic Focus on my character, but I still cannot equip it. To troubleshoot, I even purchased The Final Shape again on PlayStation for 30 CHF, but the issue persists.
The Member of Bungie told me, if this doesnt work, i need to Contact the Steam Support. They told me, they are gonna help me.

Could you please check my account and re-enable or unlock access to the content on Steam? I previously had everything fully unlocked.

This is an user forum, to contact steam support click ''help'' at the top of the client.

You need to contact the developers of Destiny 2. Steam only sells the games, not responsible for them.. That is the developers. Check their website on the store page. There is a link on the side. Click on it, go to their website, look for support, and leave a ticket or email for them.

Thanks for your Response! Wow you rrally did good. I tried to do a Ticket on Bungie now too..
I just dont have much knowledge in this.. i hope i did it correctly.. it costs me so much time to even find out how i can answer to you.. hehehe..

Maybe you can find out what i need to do for me?
