That doesnt sound like a game related issue, so it has to be a configuration from outside.
We can try some options but i suppose AMDs driver software is capping the frames. Check AMD Adrenalin Software, since it could have a global frame rate control. AMD Software > Gaming tab > Graphics settings and look for "Radeon Chill", "Frame Rate Target Control" (FRTC), or a "Global Graphics" profile. Disable Radeon Chill and set FRTC to "Off". These are often the cause. Hope this helps you out.

I suspect that it has to do with something that higher priority then the AMD software, which points back to the game. I'm not sure why this would be the case but it could be your game's config files. Go to your DayZ documents folder. The path is usually: C:\Users[YourUserName]\Documents\DayZ > In that folder look for a file named DayZ.cfg.
Open that file with Notepad and search for a line that says refresh=60 or frameLimit=60.
If you find it, change the 60 to 165 (or a higher number like 200), save the file, and set it to "Read-Only" (from properties) if you want to be sure the game doesn't change it back.

Although its not a common conflict or a problem, it could be a suspect. so do check it out and let me know!
Hello,

First of all Thank you so much for your Ideas,

i open the DayZ.cg File and the only options in this File are:

language="German";
adapter=-1;
3D_Performance=48387;
Resolution_Bpp=32;
WinX=0;
WinY=0;
WindowWidth=1920;
WindowHeight=1080;
Windowed=0;
MSAA=0;
PostFX=0;
VSync=0;
FXAO=0;
AToC=0;
AnisoFilter=0;
TerrainDetail=0;
FXAA=0;

I also tryed to add

refresh=120;
frameLimit=120;

safe the file and set it to "Read-Only"

but its not working....

i realised that i switched 5 months ago from and Nvidia 3080 to my AMD Radeon RX 7900GRE

and i remberd with my 3080 i had over 150 FPS .

You are very welcome, and I wont rest either until this is solved, cuz its an itch i cant scratch now XD.
You mentioned that you switched GPUs that points to a whole new direction.The issue is almost certainly leftover configuration files from your old NVIDIA graphics card. These files could be overriding your in-game and driver settings. Go back to that same file, the DayZ.cfg, and delete it. Also delete any files named DXVK_ or Vulkan_ (if they exist).

Restart Steam and launch DayZ.
When you launch the game, it will generate brand-new, clean configuration files that are built for your AMD card. Do not set them to Read-Only this time. Your FPS cap should be gone. (hopefully)
If this still doesn't work, then we can try a full driver cleanup (since it was fine before) with DDU. But this should work.
Hey, the fact that you want to solve the problem gives me hope that it can be solved. :D

So I deleted DayZ.cfg and couldn't find any other files with DXVK_ or Vulkan_ . After restarting, a new DayZ.cfg file was created, but unfortunately the problem wasn't solved. I also disabled V-Sync again.

My buddy with the same graphics card just started DayZ as a test, and we noticed that my clock speed while playing DayZ is only around 200, while my friend's is 2000. Then I started Call of Duty Black Ops 6 as a test, where I have a clock speed of 2000 and also 200+ FPS.
