My dota2 gameplay is so slow even my spec is good

Dota was smooth but dota 2 is very slow on my pc. I dont know why. In game play everything so slow. Heros are moving slowly. When click on screen to give direction to hero to go some where it react after a long time. Its so messed i am not even able to play. Is it a problem in my pc. But i think have a good specification. My pc spec are below. Please help me out guys...

you tried lowering your setting? still the same?

lower your setting + offline play with bots. compare to find match pub?

yeah i lowered the screen resolution aspect ration and everything. I have played with bots but its still the same. I have played 3 hours trying deffertent thing that could work out. But its all mess. Nothing changed.

is it the FPS that is slow?

i always using game booster (the old one). even my spec is high :) get rid of everything that i dont need. even though i still alt tab to check browsers and apps. etc.

does FPS mean frame oer second in game play.
Then yeah my problem is something like that. Everything is slow and late resposeive.
Will game booster solve the problem.
Which game booster should i use....

hi. you wanna try download 1st FRAPS and test it to you dota2. and tell me the FPS you get while playing dota2. (try google if you dont know how)

if you are a begginer in dota2(no offense..IF)
it is a bit slower compare to dota1. :)

I used FRAPS. During game fps is shown in the left top corner.
While i was playing the game. The value was changing between 10,11,12.
So i guess average fps will be 11 fps.
I guess its too slow how can i improve it.....
