How do I send a game to someone?

Where is the game in question right now? If it's in your inventory, you could just click on it and select ''Send gift...''.

If you have added it to your account you cant give it to anyone.

Some time in the future they will release the Family Sharing that is currently in Beta and you will be able to share your game library (or, parts of it) with up to 10 friend and family accounts. So it's not a complete loss.
