How to Access Library

I can get into my account but can't access my library. How do I get there from here?

Just click on Library. What's on your screen? Do you not see the option called Library?

Are you using the Steam client?
You can't access your library if you use a web browser to access Steam.

You need to launch Steam Client from your desktop or the installed directory.
You should have an app if using a device.

I'm loggin in by hitting the steam button on my taskbar. I've changed my password and got message it was accepted but when I enter it won't accept it. I've reset my router and reinstalled steam, I've restarted my computer and nothing works. I've been locked out for two days now and have spent hours trying to find a way around it with a lot of advice from you guys. Hope you'll stay with me until I can get in.

If you enter the correct password, and steam tells you "Please check your password and account name and try again.", that can only mean you are using the wrong account name.

When logging in you use the "account name".
Not your email
Not your public "profile name" (the one we we see here on your posts)

(Nothing stops you from having the same profile name as your account name, but most people have them different)

I'm using the right ID since I can get into my account and it shows my ID in the top right and I can change my password and everything related to my account. I can add to my wallet and other options. I got message from steam saying new password was accepted so I know I'm using right ID and password but can't get into library. As noted before, On my account page, I go to my ID and open the dropdown menu "games." This shows recently played games and I hit "play now" button but get signin screen and can't play the game. I've even tried logging in on different PC but can't get in.

No, top right shows your "profile name".

If you click that profile name, and choose "Account Details" however, it shows your account name in the header.
"<account name>'S ACCOUNT"

I click and it says account detail and my ID. It's been the same for 15 years so I know it's right. Steam support is working with me now but still welcome your input. Thanks everyone.

STORE LIBRARY COMMUNITY <PERSONA NAME>
if you do not see this at the top right now, then you are not using the Steam client that actually provides you the access to your games, the website doesn't.

I understand and recall the post you shared. I've done all of that per the above. The page I get does not list library but I agree it should look as you showed. I can get a page that shows my recently played games but when I hit play now, I get signin screen but it won't accept let me in.

If you're able to make this post, you're logged in. I really don't understand what you're problem is.

you are logged in and on you own community profile in a webbrowser.

clicking links "play game" there tries to run the game via your locally installed Steam client.
so at least you have the client installed, otherwise this would no do nothing.

now you just have to manage to login in the client, check the comments above about the "account name" and where to find it, as that is the only way to login and the account name can also not be changed, ever.
many people try other things and also manage to create multiple accounts by accident.

If you're able to make this post, you're logged in. I really don't understand what you're problem is.

The problem is OP using a browser and not the client.

To "Leader," the page I get when I login shows "Store, Community, My ID snd Support." It does not show library. As noted above, when I hit my ID, I get a gems on the dropdown. I hit one and scroll down to where it says "Play Now" I hit that button and get login screen. I'm apparently logged into my account but not the part were the library is. I'd welcome any solution.
