Mass Effect DLC's not on steam.
Why are you selling the games but not the DLC's on steam?. Some of the DLC's contains
content which is very important to the story, and since you are selling the actual GAME,
i don't see the problem why you shouldn't be able to sell the DLC's as well.

Care to explain?. And please don't give us some simple answer as "EA wants the DLCs"
because if EA gives you the right to sell their GAMES, i don't see why they shouldn't allow
you to sell the extras.

Funny how they don't want people to pirate their games and than they come up with this kind of ♥♥♥♥.

Because that's just it, EA wants to be the only DLC distributor.

A reason: "Hmmm... Steam doesn't have the dlcs.... but Origin does... maybe I should buy it from there?"

If you google abit around this subject, you'll see there was a big fuss over the whole EA DLC bussiness.

Steam should have the balls to reject the mass effect game from their distribution platform.

Aslong as there is $$$$$ to be made people seem to be castrated

Are you talking about Mass 1 or 2? I've already played M1 halfway. If that includes M1, I want to get it on Origin and restart everything.

I don't think ME1 had DLC's...

Well, thanks for this thread. No indication of any DLC on steam page, I added this to my wishlist yesterday not knowing there were any dlc's at all. Pretty pointless selling the game without all it's bits.

Don't worry just look at Dragon Age Ultimate Edition and Crysis 2 Maxiumn edition on Steam. I have a feeling that Mass Effect series & all the DLC will all come to Steam someday sooner or later.

Yeah, I grabbed those some time ago. Which is how it should be. All in a nice and neat package.

Mass effect collection had been recently 75% off on Steam and ME3 66% off with a 50% off for the delux upgrade. If their is important DLC missing in all the games it hasn't stopped me from enjoying all those three games (plus I am a sucker for sales).

Because those 2 versions include the DLC? I know it does for C2me. So there is no DLC to sell for them.

FWIW: You can right click any EA game in your Steam library, make a note of the CD key, then launch Origin, and activate that CD key in Origin. You get a spare copy of the same game on a completely different platform, and in this case, you can buy the DLC directly on that platform too.

It's not always that simple...

ok, two things.

A) Have you even checked EA's own Origin Store? Even *they* don't sell the DLC in their store. The only way to get them is through the bioware site with those crappy bioware points that go on sale once in a blue moon.

B) That last part of your OP quoted below is hilariously ironic since EA not wanting to sell their DLC's through the Steam store (and thus giving up a cut of the profit) is a big part of the reason their newer games aren't on Steam anymore.

You can buy the Mass Effect DLC via the Origin client they just convert Bioware points into my regional cash equivlant (add to cart and you will see).
