I can't use my coupon

I have a 50%coupon for Garry's mod but the game has a 10% discount from steam.So it doesn't allow me to use my coupon.Is there a way to buy the game by just using my coupon on the real price of the game.

you should be able to apply coupons on checkout.

you can not use a coupon on anything that is on sale, you can't stack discounts.

If you want to use the original price, then you'll have to wait until the sale is over.
