I saw that there are programs available that keep the Steam cache files tidy. Anyone ever tried any of these programs?
Emma
The program I was talking about was Steam Cleaner.

This is a fine example of buzztalk. Actually, this is complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Take my tip: don't use programs advertized with buzztalk.
but yes it require skill to use it... or use default value if you dont know what you are doing...
just say to them make system point backup first ...then you can try see if it help them...
but i do agree witth you, many click on option and have no clue what they are....
but thats another issue.
some lap can have 2 hd or buy external then move game to that or all steam there ?
Well the plan is to buy a 1tb SSD then put my 500gb from here in to my desktop PC. I was just hoping there was a way to restrict the size of the cache files so I don't have space wasted unnecessarily.
