HELP! stuck trying to verify my credit card / debit card from NAB bank

so i'm trying to verify my credit card because i put some money into my steam wallet and steams being steam so it wants me to verify =/. So i'm like alright i'll verify so i click the necessary buttons and then steam tells me to enter the 2 amounts that they've deducted or whatever. So i can go to my account and it only shows one of the debits and that's it, for some reason nab has somehow either put both the small debits into one debit or steam has only debited once and i just gotta be patient. I'm fine with the second part where i just gotta wait for the second debit (never heard of this before though) but it's impossible to discern what the 2 amounts are if nab has put both the amounts together. i have no idea what to do and any help would be appreciated.

contact your bank, they should be also be able to tell you, if it was combined. if it was, ask them why they do that ... thats not transparent business.

yeah i'm gonna call em as soon as possible but they don't open til like 8:30, otherwise i'd be calling them now
