Saints Row The Third Switch to German

Hello,
I bought the Key for Saints Row The Third and successfully unlocked and downloaded via Steam. I have also so far already converted via right-click in the window Steam in German, but the gameplay is (ie language, sound) even in English. The menu and in-game instructions themselves are in German.

Now my question:
Is there an update that this "error" fixes? Or can I change irrgentwie so in the game? I'd rich (in German) have the subtitles :)
