Dota 2 : In-game Items Not tradable and Marketable

Supposedly any items bought from the market and the ingame store will be tradable after the 7 days lock-in period, but what really happened is not the same as this situation..it's already 10 days since after I bought a lot of items, and the red mark restriction is removed already. But the item's Tag seems to be not tradable and not marketable?. just a while ago steam self-updater offered my steam to restart for it to update but seems it doesnt include the update of this kind of bug. Does everyone got the same problem? Hope valve will fix this soon.

I have also bought a set: bindings of deep magma when it was discount last 10 or more days
It says that it should be tradable and marketable after january 3rd it has already been a week ever since and i still have the tag stating that the item is not tradable nor marketable
I tried to list it on the steamcommunity market but the item is not listed in the inventory that i could sell. I think its a bug but i don't know where exactly to complain about this matter

steam said : "u've already sell more than 100 item per calendar year."
then i fill data that steam needed but now my alot of item became not marketable & not tradeable.

i has same problem. my friend want to buy that compendium but his market is not activated yet. So i bought 1 book for him. That show will be tradeable at 9 Jan. But untill now, still cant be trade. i hope valve fix this as soon as possible

Same problem, stuck with the not tradeable and marketable tag even though the 7-day lock period had already past. Would be great if a staff member can explain this situation.

Try starting the game and closing it back, this has fixed this problem for me in the past for an item that was stuck being untradable and unmarketable after the restriction should have ended
