Issues with steam wallet!!!

Hello Steam team I think there is a problem with the steam wallet, I added 25.00 USD in my steam wallet and I was buying stuffs on CS GO market and then I was done. And after 26 minute later my i got a message saying 100 USD was deduct and after some seconds another 100 USD was deduct again .... but I didn't purchase or didn't want 200 USD in my steam wallet and I didn't added. And here is the email of all the purchases ...

And I send them this problem that I had and now its almost day 3 no reply I had 200 USD in my steam wallet and now they have removed it and have not refund my money and plus no words from them ....

so you already contacted Steam support and have a ticket?

then the only thing you can do is wait for answer.

I guess so ... because I am kinda panicking 200USD is alot for me to loose.

Contact your bank or credit card company and tell them not to allow further charges from Steam. Don't do a chargeback unless you want your account locked, and your payment method banned from use on Steam.

What does that mean, that are not gonna help me with my problem?

And if thats the case then I got robbed then.

Well they said its not refundable in money :( I guess I will have a good amount of steam wallet for a while when they give me back the 200 USD

you should definitely check your system for viruses and after that change password. Guess someone else locked into your account. Did you receive any messages from Steam in your email? Maybe you have been a victim of phishing?

A very good scanner is Emsisoft emergency kit of try vipre anti-virus. they have very good detection rates.

Well I have a NOD 32 anti virus software and yes I have removed my card information from steam and I now I am gonna change my password too :(

OMG ..... as I was going to change my password and I take a look at the market history and I SAW THAT I BOUGHT A G3SG1 | Polar Camo Battle-Scarred WHICH IS WORTH 0.04$ and it shows that i bought for $199.66 USD .... I did not I repeat I did not bought that and I will never pay something that worth 0.04 and pay 200 $ ..... omg .... and plus I didn't but that ... please help me here I have been totally robbed here I thought the steam team took it back as you can see that I reported that 200 USD was taken out from my account, and now i saw that at the same day i bought that which I didn't ..... OMG ... i am totally shaking now .... something is wrong here ........HELP PLEASE...

Run malware and keylogger scans before contacting steam support. Nod32 is not a malware or keylogger scanner its an anti virus scanner.
