And the suggestion is valid for any antivirus
Only down side it has is it dose detect things that are not viruses, at times, but you can allow them and all good, and better safe then sorry
Also from what i pick up, seem to be one of the only once that block the Malware that was going around Steam.. so.. ya..
Also dose Steam start up at all?
With all the fixes i did (verify cache, reinstalling steam, reinstalling avast, disabling firewall etc.) i went to Control panel/Hardware and sound/Device manager and went to Display adapters tab and right clicked on the driver and selected update driver software, you must wait for the driver to automatically update, restart your pc and your games should be working again.
Shouldnt the antivirus block malicious files it knows and then you can decide what should happen with them?
