How do I change my Country Store region

I was wondering how i could change my Country for purchasing n' stuff. Because well, I moved to a place, but my credit card is from U.S.A and it is in U.S.A. I have a paypal And i tried to use that, but it says My billing address doesnt match where you come from. Can Anybody help?

You need to go back to the US (Or use a vpn to change ur IP to USA) then try it again on the internet browser. Open and login to steam by using one of your internet browsers, then try to change your region. You will see the United States, but you will have to log in to your steam (app) to confirm that. After you log in to steam with your steam (app), go back to your steam page opened on your internet browser. Refresh the page, then you will see all the verification stuff. Finish it, then your done.

do you live in russia? then use a in russia issued credit card or other local payment method and a valid russian billing address for your next purchase. then it will change to russia.

Set your store location to Bahamas, Steam will tell you what you need for that.

Hey it's happening the same for me, Steam changed my region and I can't go back to my original region. It says "Contact Steam support" but I cannot find any channels to do so.
