When do new releass come out exactly?
Most of the time its midnight of the release day. However I've noticed with steam it is some time after that, at least in EST, does steam go by some other time zone?

10am pst and most games are never released on midnight, that is an exception.

It's a lot of exceptions. Seems like the downloaded version of quite a few games I've purchased over the years has been midnight of the release day.

Games release at 10:00am Pacfic time because Steam is located in Bellevue Washington. Most commonly games release on Tuesdays.
