if win8 some have to set administrator on steam ...its not all win8 user that have to do it...
some even have to reinstall game with such settings
update gfx card drivers...
verify game content ...right click game...
update third party software
adobe flash and java... google java verify.. to check java
make system backup point ( this is just incase if next part.. worst case and so on )
use ccleaner to check and cleans pc allso use regi fix ...if something drag pc down or mallware has a hold on pc... some allso says try antimallware program...
but i allso stick to ccleaner
also 3rd party runtimes like flash and java will never be a reason. java is also a big security risk, you might uninstall completely if you know of no program that uses it.
its same with console, new console games dont work on on old console
its hard for us to tell u what todo...
i can recitate one of my ccc collegues 10 years ago when windows started to release 64bit versions and people complained about driver problems ... "64bit, i've never seen that commin", we work with alpha cpus, those had 64bit architecture since their start 20 years ago.
i really dunno why you have 32bit, no real reason for that.
