How to give some games to my kids
Recently I bought a bunch of games for my kids using my account. Then I installed steam on every of two kids computers and logon using my account. I found out that it is not possible for all three of us to play games on steam at the same time. Is it possible for all members of family to use the bought games at the same time on different computers? What can be done about it?

Nothing. One account, one user. That is also mentioned in the Steam Subscriber Agreement aka Terms of Service you accepted when you created the account.
Should have created multiple accounts, one for each PC.

Actually, multiple accounts is not what he wants -- he would have to buy games multiple times, unless there's a clear and "final" deciision of who gets to own which game.

He can still do multiple accounts (and he should), not "per computer" but "per person", and use Family Sharinig. But that doesn't help with anything -- only one person can play at a time as they are all accessing the same library.

Steam is really made for singles; they are rather bad when it comes to dealing with families.

Steam only sells single user licenses. Has nothing to do with being bad dealing with families. It's a license issue.

it's correct. one license, one user. like all the windows' program. like an antivirus. but if you want 2-3-4 license there're some games that you can purchase a pack for 2-3-4 players. depend from the games.

That would still be a single-license game, just multiple copies of them.

create accounts for your kids, on them you can enable family view and block everything they shouldn't do, like purchasing games or reading filthy comments by me, that way they can deal with the program on their own and don't give you a headache. you can still also do familysharing for those account. wont allow multiple people playing on your library, but they can play that when you're not playing.

Ok. I don't need to play one game on a couple computers simultaneously but I would like to play different games on the different computers at the same time, if it possible.
If I understand correctley, to do so, I have to create multiple accounts. Is it correct?
And another question - if I'll decide to make multiple accounts - one for each kid - how I can give some of bought games from my account to the kid account? I don't need a bunch of games, which were bougt for kids.
I have two kids and each of them has it's own computer. What is the best way to give them 12 already purchased games now and buy games in the future?

Games cannot be transferred from one account to another. Once it's in the library it's there forever.
