libswscale-3.dll flagged as suspicious with YAC.

Has anyone else had this ? I have scaned my system with YAC (yet another cleaner) virus removal and it has flagged the file libswscale-3.dll inside the root steam folder in myPrograms. I did some Googling and it seems like a false positive but thought id ask to be sure?

I don't like any of these programs, they are meant for peasants but actually to use them correctly you need knowledge. all cleaner stuff and especially fear creating antivirus crap can actually break working stuff and I stopped counting the times some dumbhead called me to fix their crap and stuff like this was responsible.

anyway, the file belongs to steam and is more then save
