Unlock of F1 2014

Hey guys, so I've downloaded and installed F1 2014 yesterday and now I get the notification my game is "still coded" on release day. When can I assume to start F1 2014 - at a special time? Actually it is 12:30 a.m.

Never before I tried to play a steam game on release day and now I'am asking at what time one can calculate to playing this game.

on the storepage for the game the remaining time to unlock should be displayed.

Ok. Unfortunately there only is the release day (17th October 2014) an "will be available in short". This information is the same after I downloaded it yesternoon.
