Report a translation problem
If you're saying that the little notification saying "Other users have reported this user as a scammer" pops up for you, I wouldn't worry too-too much about that. Many users report others out of spite, and I personally have traded with many users who've been labeled with that notification who've been trustworthy.

steamrep is a usermade website, for rating traders, it is not affiliated with steam. steam itself has an own system and for that your question was already answered:
