how to clean my name because last month my account got hack and now when i recovered when i trade when my friend trade me because he want to give some of his items it says that my account has been reported for scamming, how clean my name sir, someone hack my account got all of my items and use this my account for scamming, i play in internet shop and i think someone put Key logger to hack my account help me please i dont want to banned my account....Admin help me to clean my account please

Those reports should just go away over time. Give it a few weeks.

it is just a warning notice for the other people, it does not prevent trading from happening, it will vanish after some time automatically if nothing happens to your account again or people report you. so just don't get hacked again and don't do bad things, in the meantime there is nothing you can do about that.

If you're saying that you've been marked as a scammer, you're best bet would be to attempt an appeal at steamrep saying that you're clean.

If you're saying that the little notification saying "Other users have reported this user as a scammer" pops up for you, I wouldn't worry too-too much about that. Many users report others out of spite, and I personally have traded with many users who've been labeled with that notification who've been trustworthy.

steamrep and the message displayed in steam that pops up in a trade window have NOTHING TO DO with each other.

steamrep is a usermade website, for rating traders, it is not affiliated with steam. steam itself has an own system and for that your question was already answered:
