Trade ban.

My friend anomaly just got trade banned either because many people have reported him just to troll because he's a famous streamer and people often troll with him or that he bought a knife that was scammed but he didn't know it was scammed. He's innocent and still he got a trade ban? Can you imagine getting a trade ban while being innocent..? Doesn't feel too good huh. And one more thing, when he sends messages to the steam customer service they just ignore him! I need help to get him unbanned. Thank you :)

Trade bans are only issued upon an investigation by Valve and where conclusive evidence is gathered. Bans aren't handed out lightly so your friend clearly violated the trading guidelines. From what you said; the account was used to launder stolen items - this warrants a huge ban regardless. Unbans also don't exist especially in this situation. Tell your friend to post here instead for further clarification - only guilty people seem to hide behind their friends to do their dirty work anyway...

When you say that they "ignore him", what do you mean?
Tickets takes a long time to get a response for everyone, maybe a week or more.

Also each time you update your ticket you go back to the end of the ticket line.

So here's the thing and this goes mostly to steam people but i want the anomaly fan base 2 support this ♥♥♥♥! ok so steam people a fellow youtuber/streamer got trade banned, okay okay a ban is something and a ban is something that you get for doing something wrong right? yep ok so Anomaly asked if he could get more information on why he got trade banned and which trade got him the ban, ok thats normal and the (The steam lazy asses) said that he would only get one respond and no more and he didn't even get any information so this is the things i want to say. First off all Anomaly is a legit no scam trader second of all if steam deletes this discussion i will actually make people make like 100k of the exact same discussion and if we get any ban for complaining on steam ( oh we will fight) i will come to your office and light it on fire . understood? Good. So now go unban Anomaly #UnbanAnomaly
