check your cc transactions yourself. they will not give you anything, that would be illegal.

Not only would it be illegal, but it would also play against the Proof of Purchase -policy as anyone could ask such information.

I only need the last four digits of the credit card number. Can I check them out in Steam somewhere? Or on e-mail? I can tell Steam Support my account passowrd/e-mail, so they can check that its my account.

EDIT: E-mail does state your last 4 digits in receipts.

Apply the information to the ticket. (Add Attachment > Browse > ... > Attach)

Then you wait. You'll hear a response eventually, as long as the ticket is open.
