Can i get refund of redeemed games?

I have some games i didnt redeem and wanted to know if i could ask refund for them.

Redeemed; or not redeemed?

The title and the content contradict with each other.

Refunds on Gifts

We are unable to offer refunds for gifts after they have been redeemed by the recipient.

Otherwise depends on when you bought the item.

For any reason

Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours.

They might; or might not

You can only submit refund requests for purchases made within the last 6 months.

I have the codes, i didnt redeem them yet.
