I am buying a new computer and need to know if it will run games like Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

I am planning on buying a new computer for under $500 and wanted make sure it will run Cod: AW on at least minimum requirements. Its been a long time since I purchased a computer so I don't have a clue about compatibility or what type to buy. Any help is appreciated. I probably cannot build a gaming pc because it appears very challenging.

What are the computer specs? Search those and compare to the ones in the game page. Ask in the game forums for help and i am pretty sure there are sites that do those comparisons.

The minimum spec for CoD:AW is a ATI® Radeon™ HD 5870 @ 1GB.

This site shows the card in the laptop is 1/2 as good as the minimum card needed http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Radeon-HD-7640G-vs-AMD-Mobility-Radeon-HD-5870/m7903vsm8764 so i wouldnt say it'd work very well at all. Have you considered building a gaming PC? For around $50 extra dollars you could easily build a budget gaming PC that would play CoD:AW with your preferred settings.*

*monitors, peripherals, etc not included in the ~$500 budget build.
