Static out of speakers
(in advance i want to say that i am doing this on steam because i cant find anwsers without paying money,or without having to download software, thank you for your help and i hope to fix this soon) So, this has been going on and off for about 6 months.Everytime i close my competer (on aciddent sometimes) when audio is playing, such as youtube, or vocie chat.It would create staic out of my speakers when i play audio and when i start up my competer.It would get very annoying since i watch youtube.Now i have to watch it on my ps4 but not to loud (cant even hear it) i wanna fix this quick and easy and without any downloads. this is one of my few things to do, so either i get a anwser here, or wait for a windows 8 update to solve it (which might not happen) So thank you for your help and may god bless you

this seems like the speakers are the problem.
ever replugged your speakers when this happened or just turned them of an on again?

i tryed that, and i am using the speakers attacked to my laptop

it only happens when i close my competer when playing audio, so my speakers work, but not when that problem happens
