Report a translation problem
This is a user forum. OP needs to talk to Steam support as we can't help him.
EDIT: Actually, no. The report reason doesn't match with what I was thinking.
Been looking on your profile and noticed you have alot of +rep and trader comments. This means your trading outside the system and anytime you trade outside the system you leave yourselve open to being reported even if you delivered your end of the bargin. But to be honest valve will have proof that you scammed someone or you traded in stolen items/games.
Keep on pestering steam support, they need to review your side of the incident as well.
Permanent ban(s) only for direct report with much proofs in steam tickets or revoked stuff ...etc.
This case really goes to show how unsafe trading outside of the Steam Trading system can be even if you take all the steps you possibly can to make it "safe".
There was one guy that acammed me for a few days until he finally gave away the item we traded for, I guess I should have reported for payback
