Recently I got TRADE BAN , Need Help.

I have good reputation among the traders and very loyal steam/valve customer with Over 3400 Games in my account, without being able to trade I will end up not using Steam in the future, because trading is kind of my hobby.
I am NOT an Scammer, so Please READ my messages.

Some days ago I traded with an Person wich is like 16 years old [ steamcommunity.com/profiles/*REMOVED* ], he come to me for an trade , he wants 2 copy of Arma 3, after he gave me his items/keys , I sold them in market and I brought 2 copy of Arma 3 for him with the wallet made off his items, I asked to give me 2 emails or his Second account, he send me and friend Request on his Second account [ wich his name is ^ ^ steamcommunity.com/profiles/*REMOVED* ] http://imgur.com/a/*REMOVED*
After i added his items in Market I was making a joke to him that I want to scam him and I don't want to give him nothing , ofcourse I was JOKING, right after he give me his items/keys 20 min I send 2 copy of Arma 3 as gift to his Second Account, Ofcourse He accepted them , after a few hours He come in chat with his friends asking me why Did i scam his friend, I said that I was joking and he got his 2 copy of Arma 3.
Then after a few minutes he said that he got 2 copy of Arma 3 and everything okey. So this guy and his friends Reported me , so i got Report in Mass from them, They don't have proof that i scammed, they just acting after one of them.

To be trade banned like this feels like I have been wronged by this kid and his friends.
I have screenshots with the chat,gift history and his secondary account were he got 2 copy of Arma 3.
In those screenshots I have proof that he got his items and I did not scam him.
This is not fair , I will fight for my rights.

Very sad to see this happen. I've done many trades with ChiDVD over a long period of time and he never scammed me despite having opportunities to. I implore Steam Support to re-examine the evidence as I know him to be a reliable and honest trader.

Going to ask this now anyway: Have you at any point accepted any odd, free items given to you by someone you didn't know?

EDIT: Actually, no. The report reason doesn't match with what I was thinking.

I been checking out your account and you own 3,419 games, wow what a shame the account is now marked for the next 10 years.

Been looking on your profile and noticed you have alot of +rep and trader comments. This means your trading outside the system and anytime you trade outside the system you leave yourselve open to being reported even if you delivered your end of the bargin. But to be honest valve will have proof that you scammed someone or you traded in stolen items/games.

I dont think that he deserve that ban for ever , at least from reports i would say 2 weeks is enough as my mate got the same '' huge reports '' got 2 weeks ban not perm.

Permanent ban(s) only for direct report with much proofs in steam tickets or revoked stuff ...etc.

This case is just testiment to how flawed the report system is, and how easily it can be abused, regardless of being a well reputable trader or not, i have donw many trades with CHiDVD before, i can say with certaintly that he is a very trustworthy trader.

This case really goes to show how unsafe trading outside of the Steam Trading system can be even if you take all the steps you possibly can to make it "safe".

Had a few trades with CHiDVD myself and never had any issues, sad to see a honest trader get a unfair ban.

ew that was a bad idea to make that joke, they probably read your chat, saw your use of scam and pressed ban without reading further, best of luck

There was one guy that acammed me for a few days until he finally gave away the item we traded for, I guess I should have reported for payback
