Basically this is what it says when i try to add witcher 3 to my library, i already waited few hours and still the same error.

Should i contact the steam support or just wait a little bit longer?

Ongoing issue for almost 24 hours now. Lots in the same boat, and I have a ticket in but no response yet.

I can't confirm that this will work on 100% of the cases, but it did work for a few people I know, so you guys might try it... apparently there is a temp work around the problem until Steam get their ♥♥♥♥ together and fix the bug. If you want to try, all you got to do is trade the game to a buddy or a second account that you might have and then send it again back to you as a 'Gift'. And once you get the notification of the gift and accept it, all you got to do is add the game using the ' Add to Library' button instead of the 'Add to Inventory'. You guys might want to give it a try.
