Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure not appearing in library

I purchased the "Disney Princess and Fairy Pack" for my daughter. All the games are present in my library except for "Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure". It doesn't appear in the library, and when I go to the store page and click the "Play Now" button, nothing happens.

Does anyone know the reason why this one game won't appear in my library or work when pushing the "Play Now" button? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you rebooted your computer? always try that first.

Hi I have the same error but with the Disney G Force, I bought recently and I do not appear in my library, I think I'll have to contact Steam support on. I hope beyond a solution.

There seems to be trouble with some of the recently added Disney games. Not all of them appear to of been set up properly and don't even have community hubs set up. I guess cntact support and just keep your eye on Steam in case they fix the problem automatically in the meantime.

Exactly same prob here. Saw dis gaem on sale nd liek omg hv to buy tht. Rlly bummed out that I can't dload/play it straight away. I'm liek super into disney princesses nd sht, I just feel that I relate to them so fkn well. I've done the sht on dis page also made sure these steam ports be open https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8571-GLVN-8711 . Plz halp, pretty pl0x.

it is unneccesary to open ports for the steam library. to sync and stuff

some games have not been setup properly and no one can access them, you bought the pack, the pack includes the game, so it will magically fix itself when they setup the game.

the only support you will get is this and you can contact valve there:

and that is real support, but in your case I would not really mind to contact them via that, based on the problem the response time will be longer then it takes them to fix that, because it is a general problem and probably someone already did notice that.

Same here, and I am only able to load up the Tinkerbell game, the Princess & frog, and Tangled dont even launch! just keep msg box keeps saying it is launching, but never does?!? any ideas??
