Hacked by Mumble Software. Items recovered then restolen even after system format.
Hello guys. I have been playing dota since 11 years. I got tricked to install fake mumble software from a site which led to my account being hacked and items worth over $800 stolen. I made a ticket and support replied after 12 days recovering my items and warning me that they wont do it again.
So I took the warning seriously, installed malwarebytes removed the trojan, changed the passwords and re enabled steam guard. I even went a step further and formatted my PC, created new partitions and installed Windows 8.1 (was previously using windows 7). After new installation I installed steam and downloaded Dota2 all over again while the steamguard was enable I had a 15 day trade restriction due to reactivating the steamguard. I even had unauthorised all other PC's.
To my great surprise yesterday my items got stolen AGAIN. There is no possible way hacker could have remote access to my PC firstly because its formatted and reinstalled and secondly my remote access is disabled (mumble soft works through remote access as far as I have researched on google).
I am 100% sure i did not log in to any phishing site because I have had a very little chance to play as I got a new job that kept me constantly busy. I did not install any software that could allow hacker to access me, I also have kept my windows and antivirus up to date since I made a fresh installation.
Please advise me what to do. I have already opened a support ticket but guys please tell me where am I wrong? I even made my profile private so no one could see my items. Is it my fault that hackers are so retarded to spend their entire life scamming people of their hard earned items instead of finding jobs? Like literally there is nothing more I can do. Steam security needs to be beefed up to a great extent so that these things do not happen. I still don't understand why is steam guard there if it fails to counter hacks. Please leave your valuable advise. It is so depressing to get deprived of all your high value items.

support ticket problem only. no one here can help you

and dont blame mumble, mumble is a fine voice program I actually made some commits to the code in the past, it is open source and there are no known 0-day exploits that might allow access over the program and using the client side of the program will not allow any access to your computer, the server part has a webadministration I believe but the server wont run until you explicitly configure and run it manually.

blame yourself for not downloading software from the official website. and I miss one certain statement from you: "I changed my email passwords aswell because if the hacker has access to my email account, he has access to my steam account"
Did you secure your email?
Thats the remaining weak spot from what you say.

Did you download everything fresh or did you reinstall/transfer anything from a potentially infected backup.
All fresh. No backups, no copy of any sort. Nothing old thats why i was taken by surprise.
